Hotel Description
This environmentally conscious hotel is located in a very natural setting in the middle of the Brandenburg “Flusslandschaft Elbtalaue” biosphere reserve, directly behind the dyke.
The six spacious non-smoking rooms are located in a thatched half-timbered house and have a flat-screen TV and coffee/tea making facilities. A bottle of mineral water is provided on arrival.
The restaurant in the historic barn serves seasonal natural cuisine as well as coffee and cake in the afternoon. In summer it welcomes its guests on the large sun terrace, in winter in front of the open fireplace.
In the small wellness area, an organic sauna and an Ayurveda sauna invite you to relax. Ayurvedic massages can also be booked.
The hotel has a sunbathing lawn, a private beach and a playground with hammocks for a variety of leisure activities. Active vacationers are welcome to use the bicycle garage and the bicycle rental. A variety of birds such as storks and cranes can be observed at any time of year on tours through the Elbe floodplain. Guests interested in history often go on excursions to the archaeological center in Hitzacker, Meyenburg Castle or the royal tomb in Seddin.
