Hotel Description
The BIO Vitalhotel theiner’s garten is located in South Tyrol, just 18 kilometers from Bolzano in the middle of the largest contiguous fruit-growing area in Europe.
All 57 rooms of the nature hotel are south-facing and have a large balcony. The wood for the interior fittings and furniture comes from local forests. Metal-free beds with natural mattresses and bed linen made from organic cotton ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The restaurant also uses organically grown produce for its South Tyrolean and Mediterranean dishes – some of it from its own garden.
Hotel guests can spend relaxing hours in the spa and wellness center, in the sauna and in the indoor or outdoor pool. For special baths, there is a whirlpool, a steam bath and a wooden tub.
The mountainous surroundings are criss-crossed by attractive hiking routes and mountain bike trails. The nearest golf club is a ten-minute drive away. Merano is a 15-minute drive away and the nearest ski area is just ten kilometers away.

You will find a wide range of vegan products at our varied breakfast buffet. All products at the buffet are labeled so that you can feast carefree with us! Lunch consists of a delicious salad buffet. You can put together your own individual salad plate. In the afternoon, our staff at the bar have prepared vegan desserts especially for you. Finally, in the evening, our creative kitchen team will prepare an excellent vegan menu for you on request. At theiner’s garten you don’t have to make any deductions! In the garden of delights you will be provided with vegan delicacies all round. Of course, all dishes are 100% organic and prepared with 100% love.
