From 26.06.2022 we are the first vegetarian-vegan hotel in the Ostallgäu and one of the first allgäu-wide!
For us, the switch to a purely vegetarian-vegan breakfast buffet is a logical and very conscious step that follows our idea of a life in harmony with nature. In this way, we want to make our contribution to a future worth living and loving for future generations.
As our guest, you have already experienced for yourself how much we burn for an ethical way of eating that is good for you and the environment and how enjoyable a buffet with purely plant-based foods can be. For this, we continue to use a lot of regional and mostly organic products from farmers and producers in the Allgäu, such as the delicious milk and cheese products from our favorite alpine dairy.
Also our own permaculture garden provides fruits, vegetables and herbs and thus delicious ingredients for our homemade spreads, jams and syrups
