Hotel Description
The luxurious four-star superior Hotel Engel has been owned by the Kohler family for 150 years. It is located in Welschnofen in the heart of the South Tyrolean Dolomites between Rosengarten and Latemar.
The spacious, classic-style rooms have a minibar, flat-screen satellite TV and mountain views, and some have a balcony.
In the Michelin-starred Johannesstube restaurant with glass roof, hotel guests start the day with a rich breakfast buffet and enjoy international gourmet cuisine and South Tyrolean specialties.
The heart of the hotel is the 1,200 square meter, modern wellness area with sauna world, experience showers, infrared cabin and relaxation rooms. In summer 2016, the indoor pool with panoramic views and massage jets was complemented by a 22-metre outdoor infinity pool with whirlpool.
It is possible to book various massages and beauty treatments. A personal trainer supports active vacationers not only in the fitness room, but also with yoga, Nordic walking and Qi-Gong.
