Hotel Description
At Shreyas Yoga Retreat, the focus is on the well-being of body and soul. The 4,000-square-meter resort is located about 40 kilometers northwest of Bangalore in Nelamangala. In order to ensure personalized attention, the eco-friendly hotel accepts a maximum of 25 guests at a time.
These live in twelve bungalows scattered in the lush green garden. All rooms are stylishly furnished – some with antiques – and have air conditioning, fan, electric kettle and safe. Wi-Fi is accessible free of charge in the public areas.
For massages and other treatments there is a large spa area with steam bath. The wellness offer is complemented by the outdoor pool as well as yoga, meditation and Ayurveda courses. There is also a TV room and a library.
The restaurant serves only vegetarian and vegan dishes, and the menu is customized for each guest. The basic products for the Indian and continental dishes come mainly from the hotel’s own organic garden. Alcohol is not served throughout the resort.
