The following information about the vegan options comes directly from the hotel.
We used the time during the lockdown for something special. We have not only thought, we have reconsidered! We have informed, educated and developed ourselves further. Stricken by the abuses in animal husbandry and their exploitation for the food industry, we decided to go a different way: WE BECAME 100% VEGAN!
The in-house restaurant convinces with a selection of regional dishes and drinks, which are changed regularly and seasonally. Here, modern German cuisine meets international specialties. Hotel guests can also look forward to a vegan breakfast in the morning. Every Sunday we invite our guests to brunch with us.
But that’s not all: we expanded our restaurant with a 100% vegan food truck, which can be found regularly at markets in the area and can also be rented for private events. Because fast food can also convince vegan!
